ELLA & STEVE'S PHOTO-SHOOT AND WEDDING RECEPTION AT VILLA DEL BALBIANELLO IN ITALY Ella and Steve celebrated their fairytale wedding at Villa Balbianello on Lake Como in Italy this summer. Joined by their closest family and friends from Poland and the UK, Ella and Steve came together under the romantic Loggia arches to exchange their vows. While guests enjoyed an hour of cocktails and canapes, our couple enjoyed a photoshoot on the water with leading, local photographer Alessandro Colle. It has been listed as one of the top five locations to get married in the world! This charming villa is located right on the banks of Lake Como. Famous for its appearance in James Bond’s Casino Royale and Star Wars’ Attack of the Clones, this villa can only be accessed by boat, adding a real wow factor for when your guests arrive to the venue. Both the wedding ceremony “Loggia” arches and characteristic dining hall have incredible views over the water and the villa’s beautifully manicured gardens create the perfect backdrop for your photographs! WHICH DAYS ARE BEST TO GET MARRIED? ​ On Mondays and Wednesdays the villa is closed to the public. You can hire the villa with complete exclusivity. On any other days, the villa is open to the public until 6pm however, you can still get married on these days. If your ceremony is before 6pm, visitors to the villa won’t be able to overlook your ceremony. After 6pm, when visitors have left the gardens, you can enjoy your evening reception with full exclusivity.
