Good afternoon Sally, I would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation with everything you kindly arranged, planned and delivered for Yasmin and Liam’s wedding. Both Lisa and I could not have wished for a better day and all our guests feel exactly the same way too I know. The social media in Portsmouth where we live has gone ‘mental’ with all the photos and videos the guests have posted! Everybody in Portsmouth is talking about the wedding, even people we do not even know. Wherever I looked and whenever I asked for anything, you were on hand immediately. We decided in January that we wanted to get married abroad. We'd been to many places in Italy, and love everything about the country. The flowers were beautiful, I've saved a few roses form my bouquet for my memories box. Alessandro was a great DJ. Manuele was lovely too and made the cerebration easy and fun. Everyone loved Elena and her assistant, they did such a great job on all of our hair and make up, got lots of compliments! I would love to recommend you if there is a website or such that you use for clients. I'd also be more than happy to give your potential clients feedback on your great service!

We had changed our minds quite a bit to the extent where you would reasonably expect them to get rather annoyed, flustered, stressed - but they took everything in their stride and a turnaround during planning was always less than 24 hours. It was literally as if they dropped everything on earth to answer your emails, your requests, to gather details and information for you - it really felt this way.
