PROFESSIONAL WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
Let us step in and bring everything together seamlessly on your wedding day, so you can fully relax and enjoy every moment.
Our Wedding Day Coordination service includes two bilingual, experienced planners dedicated to your day for up to 10 hours. You will take care of the planning in the lead-up, and then hand everything over to us so we can ensure it all runs beautifully.
We ask that all final details, timelines and supplier contacts are shared with us no later than two weeks before your wedding.
ON THE DAY, WE WILL:
• Oversee and coordinate the full set-up of your wedding
• Welcome and brief all suppliers as they arrive
• Greet and guide your guests, ensuring everyone feels relaxed and looked after
• Discreetly manage the flow of the day, keeping everything on time
• Handle any unexpected moments calmly and efficiently behind the scenes
• Act as the main point of contact for both guests and suppliers throughout the day

Our aim is simple: to allow you to switch off completely and be present, knowing everything is in safe hands.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS:

We kindly ask that a staff meal is provided for both planners, usually served at the same time as your guests.
​
Standard set-up includes elements such as place cards, candles, lanterns, décor, seating charts and guest book tables.
​
Please note that this service does not include technical installations (such as lighting or audio systems), heavy lifting, furniture moving or working at height (for example, hanging installations). Specialist suppliers should be arranged for these elements where required.
​
Wedding favours should be fully prepared in advance and ready for placement. Place cards should be organised in table order and provided alongside a final seating plan.

PRICING

€900 + 22% tax - 2 planners up to 10 hours as described above

​
€1,200 + 22% tax - As above plus an extra planner if you have separate ceremony and reception venues or if you have over 100 guests.
